January 23, 2010 Day 20 phase 2

I only got on the scale one time this morning......1 lb!!!! That's suppose to happen most of the time on the HCG diet. So I am so excited it finally happened!!! Tomorrow I may not show any loss, but that's OK. Total weight loss so far from HCG (2 rounds - 23 pounds. Total weight loss since August 15, 2009 - 29 pounds. Total weight loss this round 8 lbs.
