January 13, Day 10 phase 2

Down .2 today so I'm doing an apple day. In reviewing all of the protocol information I find that I am doing many things wrong. Or should I say, there are some things to do differently if you are not losing properly. First of all the whole cheating thing has to stop. Especially with carbs. I am eating too many apples according to one forum. I might be eating too much beef. I am drinking a diet soda occasionally and Greg is giving me bites of his chocolate from his cherry garcia!!! So I can either be happy with small increments or get more serious about the diet. It's up to me!!! Total loss as of today 3.6 lbs.
