January 27, 2010 Day 24 phase 2

Today I did my last injection. In spite of doing an apple day yesterday, I only dropped .4. So I guess my final weight loss from this protocol phase is 8.4 pounds. Again, it's not great. Not even 1/2 pound average a day, but at least it's something. I think being sick early on didn't get me off to a very good start. I am still excited to be where I am and although I never thought I'd be doing a 3rd phase, I'm thinking I will in a month or so. I'm looking forward to phase 3 which will start on Sunday after 3 more days of the VLCD. Total weight loss 8.4.

January 26, 2010 Day 23 phase 2

I did OK yesterday until Todd made crepes again for his brother-in-law that was in town for a job interview. Lesson learned....even the thinnest crepe filled with 0 calorie chocolate and strawberries can be the death of you. No loss...same as yesterday...total loss, 8lbs.

January 25, 2010 Day 22 phase 2

Yesterday I forgot to inject. It was a weird day. We had a french meal and had Grandpa, Grandma and Great- grandma over for dinner. We didn't eat until 5:00 and although I had salad and meat, the salad had oil dressing, avacodos, madarin oranges, and nuts in it. I also had a french crepe. Who could resist! They were fabulous, made by Todd. I just wasn't into dieting yesterday. So I had .4 gain this morning. I'm OK with it though. I have 2 more injection days and then 3 days to stay on the VLCD. I'm still hoping to drop at least 2 more lbs. I will then be ready for a break for a while. It's kind of strange- I bought another size down pair of jeans a few days ago and I remember thinking that if I could only get into that size I would be fine. Well, now that I am I am happy, but I'm still thinking I will do another round in a month or two and try to drop 10 more pounds. That would be beyond my wildest dreams actually. So total loss is 8 lbs.

January 24,2010 Day 21 phase 2

This morning showed .4 loss which brings me really close to a new decade. Within .8 ounces!! So I'm excited for the next few days. Today should be my last injection, but I think I have enough HCG for a few more days. Total weight loss 8.4 lbs.

January 23, 2010 Day 20 phase 2

I only got on the scale one time this morning......1 lb!!!! That's suppose to happen most of the time on the HCG diet. So I am so excited it finally happened!!! Tomorrow I may not show any loss, but that's OK. Total weight loss so far from HCG (2 rounds - 23 pounds. Total weight loss since August 15, 2009 - 29 pounds. Total weight loss this round 8 lbs.

January 22, 2010 Day 19 phase 2

Hurray.... I finally hit 7 pounds. Somehow I don't think I'm going to hit 15 pounds this round but that's OK. I am 7 pounds lighter than if I hadn't done the HCG diet!!! I am still hoping that by next Wednesday I am down 2.4 pounds so that I can be in a new decade. Total loss as of this morning....7 lbs.
