March 24, 2010 Round 3 Day 3

Hello out there !!!!! Today is day 3 of round 3. I'm excited to be back on the HCG protocol I think! I am happy that I've been able to stay within 2 pounds of my ending weight back in January. And this morning after 2 days of loading I was up another 2 pounds. So I am not going to start counting any weight loss until those two pounds are gone. Hopefully, that will be tomorrow morning. I am going to try and be stricter this time around and my goal is 10 pounds. The first round I lost 15 and the second round I lost 8 lbs. so I think 10 lbs. is a good number to shoot for. I'm looking forward to getting on the scale tomorrow morning!!!

    Actually your'e not up early. The timer must be off on my blog. I posted at 11:00 and it is showing 8:00.
